V4Victor have two warehouses, one in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the other in Riga, Latvia. Order delivery fulfilment may vary depending on which warehouse the product is shipped from. After completing your order it takes 2 - 5 business days for any order to be prepared and shipped. Delivery of your order will also depend upon the shipping method chosen.

Yes, you can track your order. We use real time tracking information. If you have created an account with us you can easily view the progress of your order by just logging into your account. Otherwise, for non-registered customers you can track your order by clicking onto " Track my order " in the menu section.

Yes, you can. Your happiness and satisfaction is our priority. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks from receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
